"So Much for a Convenient Location"
I booked with Cosi thinking it would be a decent base for getting around. Cute idea, right? In reality, the location was inconvenient. There wasn’t much nearby, so I kept having to take taxis or commit to long walks just to get to basic places. Maybe it works if your idea of fun is turning every outing into a mini expedition, but for me it felt way too out of the way. I wouldn’t book it again based on the location alone...

I stayed with Cosi and the room itself was fine, nothing terrible or anything, but the amenities just felt kind of cheap. The towels were really thin, the soap dispenser was almost empty, and the wifi kept cutting out, which got annoying quickly because...

The kitchen was missing some basic stuff too, like a decent pan and enough cups. It wasn’t the worst stay I’ve had, but for the price, I expected a bit more.

"Helpful support, just a little slow"
I reached out to support about my booking, and while they did get back to me, it took a bit longer than I was hoping. The response was helpful once it came through, so I appreciated that. A friend had recommended them to me, so I guess I expected things to be a little smoother. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the response time could definitely be better.

"Not at all like what was promised"
I stayed at a Cosi property it was disappointing. The place looked nothing like the photos or what they make it seem like online. The room felt really worn down, there were marks all over the walls, the corners of the floor were dirty, and there was mold around the shower in the bathroom. Even the furniture felt cheap and beat up. For the price, I expected the basic promise of a clean, well-kept room, but that’s not what I got. Definitely wouldn’t book again.

"Room Felt Dirty and No One Seemed to Take Responsibility"
I only stayed for one night, but the room felt dirty from the moment I walked in. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the sink had a strange smell, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh at all. I reached out for help, but the response was slow, and it wasn’t even clear who was actually responsible for fixing the issue. It felt like everyone was passing it around instead of owning it. I wouldn’t book this place again.

"Wi-Fi was mostly fine, just dropped once"
The Wi-Fi worked okay for the most part, but it did drop on me once. It was just one small drop, but still kind of annoying. I don’t love when the connection cuts out, even briefly, and yeah, it only happened once, but it was still a little frustrating...

My shower stopped working, and I figured maintenance would come by quickly to handle it. But this is where it got annoying, days went by and no one fixed it. I kept waiting for an update or someone to actually show up, but it just dragged on way longer than it should have

"Self check-in felt more stressful than it should have"
The room itself was fine, but the self check-in was more hassle than I was comfortable with. I had to upload my details more than once, and then the entry code didn’t work at first, which left me standing outside with my bags longer than I expected. Support did eventually respond, but not quickly enough to make me feel totally at ease in the moment. Maybe it’s smooth when the system works, but in my case it was frustrating and not really the arrival experience I’d want again.

"Listing was accurate"
I booked through Così, the place was pretty much what was shown in the listing. The photos matched, the room size felt right, and the kitchen items and check-in info were all accurate, which I really appreciated.
The only small thing was that the street was a little noisier than I expected, so it probably would be fair to mention that more clearly. Still, overall it felt honest and straightforward, and I think that kind of transparency is the right way to treat guests.

"Getting my deposit back took forever"
I had to keep chasing them for my deposit refund, and it got really frustrating. Support kept giving me vague replies like I just had to be patient, but it felt like I was being forced to wait with no real update or clear timeline.

"Booking was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried booking through Così it was just... annoying. The pages were taking forever to load, the dates seemed to keep shifting around, and I couldn’t really tell what the final price was until the very end. After dealing with it for a bit, I just gave up and booked somewhere else. Not really worth the hassle

"Kitchen issues really need to be addressed"
I was frustrated with the kitchen during my stay. There were no pans, the sink was dirty, and the hob was broken, so cooking was basically out of the question. If a place is advertised with a usable kitchen, guests should be able to rely on that. These are basic things that need to be checked properly before someone arrives.

"Too noisy and too much hassle"
I couldn’t sleep with all the noise going on all night. I tried messing with it and going through the steps to fix or adjust things, but there were way too many steps and it just got frustrating. Not what I was hoping for at all.

"That digital key stress really stuck with me"
I still remember standing there outside after a long trip, tired and just wanting to get in, and the digital key would not work. I kept opening the app, restarting my phone, trying again and again, but nothing happened. Waiting for support felt like forever, and I felt helpless in the moment. It’s the kind of travel stress you don’t forget easily. If this is how check-in works, I don’t think I’d book again.

"Security seems alright, I guess"
It feels safe overall, though I wouldn’t say it’s perfect. Part of me wonders if they make some of the security stuff look a little stronger than it actually is just to reassure people, but so far I haven’t had any real issues.

"Way too pricey for what you get"
So I felt like I paid way more than the stay was worth. Everything was basic, and for the price, I expected a lot more. Not really worth it for me

"Room was way too hot and nobody followed up"
The room was really stuffy and way too hot, so it was hard to get comfortable. The bed also felt hard, which didn’t help. I mentioned the issue, but no one ever followed up or checked to see if things got better, which was frustrating.
